Where WhatsApp is stronger
- Almost everyone already has it.
- Forward secrecy: a new key for every message.
- Long-established apps on iPhone, Android and computer.
Where MyGalaxy is stronger
- No phone number at sign-up, so your number is never part of your account.
- No ads and no data selling.
- Groups of up to 2,000 members, with a new group key every time someone joins or leaves.
Which should you choose?
If your phone number is what you want to keep private, MyGalaxy lets you chat without ever giving it. If you need to reach everyone you know today, WhatsApp is where they are.
