What is protected, and what comes next

Protected today

  • Direct chats, groups and calls are end-to-end encrypted: text, photos, files, voice notes, places, polls, reactions and voice and video calls. A small closed lock 🔒 shows it.
  • We cannot read encrypted messages. They are opened only on the devices of the people in the chat.
  • Alerts when MyGalaxy is closed show only the sender's name.

Still being built

  • MyGalaxy Cloud Chat and MyGalaxy Vault: paid, encrypted cloud chat and file space for businesses.
  • Calls to any phone number (paid). Calls to ordinary phone numbers cannot be end-to-end encrypted, so they will show an open lock 🔓.
  • The Business Galaxy: verified business channels for shops and companies.
  • Galaxy Market: chat with a seller and pay by card, payment links and QR codes.
  • Mini Apps that businesses build themselves, inside MyGalaxy.
  • Premium usernames and a MyGalaxy Premium plan.
