Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open MyGalaxy and go to Settings.
2. At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

What is deleted

• Your profile, username, phone number (if you added one), contacts, status updates and keys.
• You leave all your groups and channels, and your username becomes free for others.
• Messages you already sent stay with the people who received them, shown as "Deleted account".

Cannot open the app?

Write to info@transmony.com from any email, with your @username, and we will delete the account after checking it is yours. We delete within 30 days.

Before you delete

If you want to keep a copy of your data, use Settings → Profile & privacy → Download my data first. Deleting cannot be undone.
