These terms apply when you use MyGalaxy, a service of TRANSMONY Limited (England and Wales, company number 14513482). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Acceptable use policy. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your data.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or older if your country requires it).
- Keep your PIN and 12-word recovery phrase safe. We cannot see them and cannot recover your account without them.
- You are responsible for what is sent from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Using MyGalaxy
Follow the Acceptable use policy. We may limit, suspend or close accounts, groups or channels that break it, especially after reports, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can ask us to look at the decision again.
Your content
What you send stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and deliver it to the people you send it to. Encrypted messages are stored in locked form that we cannot read. Content you post in a public channel can be seen by anyone with the link.
The service
- MyGalaxy is free to use today. If paid features are added, they will be optional and clearly priced; see Payments and refunds.
- We work to keep MyGalaxy available and secure, but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Keep your own copies of anything important.
- We may change or stop features. For important changes we will tell you in the app in advance.
Our name and app
The MyGalaxy name, logo and app belong to TRANSMONY Limited. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for content sent by other users.
Ending
You can stop using MyGalaxy and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Complaints
Write to info@transmony.com. We aim to reply within 14 days.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, or elsewhere, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you and may bring claims in your local courts.
